How long will my order take?

Most Mutantur Labs products are made after an order is placed. Production typically takes 1–4 business days, and most U.S. orders sent with standard shipping arrive within approximately 7–10 business days total, including production and shipping.

Specialty items such as car mats and journals may require additional production time. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or unusually high order volume.

Want it faster? Express shipping is available for $9.99 and provides faster transit after production is complete. It does not shorten production time.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, Mutantur ships to the Continental United States.

Mutantur products are made to order through print-on-demand production partners. This helps avoid overproduction and allows us to offer a wider range of original designs without creating large amounts of unused inventory.

Problems, Returns & Support

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mutanturlabs.com. Include your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective — we'll send a replacement or refund without requiring it back.

Changed your mind instead? Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility for return shipping, and items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. We don't charge a restocking fee.
