How long will my order take?
We send orders into production within one hour after purchase so we can get things moving quickly.
Since each item is made when you order it, production time can range from a few hours to a few days depending on the item. You can find product-specific timing in each listing. We always do our best to balance speed with quality.
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on where you live in the continental U.S.
In most cases, your order should arrive within about 10 days under normal conditions. During holiday rushes or severe weather, shipping may take longer. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.

How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other standard payment methods available at checkout.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Please review our return policy for the official details.
But in plain English: If you change your mind about your order after it was received and want to return it, that is fine. Contact us at hello@mutantur.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you regarding a replacement or a return. You can return your item and we will issue a refund minus shipping costs or issue you a store credit if you prefer.
if your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet reasonable quality expectations, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. We can replace right away at no cost to you. If you are not happy, then WE are not happy!
