Refund policy
If you are not happy- we are not happy!
Every item in our shop is made just for you once your order is placed so please check your sizing when you order. Some shirts run small and we have indicated that for you in the product description. That said, if something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
* If you change your mind about your order after it was received and want to return it, that is fine. Contact us at hello@mutantur.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you regarding a replacement or a return. You can return your item and we will issue a refund minus shipping costs or issue you a store credit if you prefer. We want you to be happy.
* If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

A clear photo of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a 100% full refund, replace the item for free, or issue a store credit for the full amount if that is your preference.
- Please double-check your shipping address before ordering, as packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting your local carrier first, as we’re not responsible for packages marked delivered.
- * Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. We truly appreciate your support, and if you ever have questions, we’re always happy to help.
